Robert joined the company in 1995 after qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor that same year.
His hobbies include sailing, water sports, skiing and watching football.
Steve Forrest FCA
Managing Director
Steve joined the company in 1994 (appointed Financial Director in 1998 and Managing Director in 2024). He is FCA qualified and has been a member of the ICAEW since 1990.
Steve's hobbies and interests include golf and all things DIY and being an active member of Huddersfield Christian Fellowship.
Tom Lamb
Property Director
Tom joined the company in 2017 and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Tom's interests outside of work include sport, both playing and watching, spending time with his three children and socialising with friends.
Julia Ford
Marketing Manager
Julia joined the company in 2000 and is a qualified Chartered Marketer and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Julia's hobbies and interests include visiting new destinations in the family motorhome, reading, fitness and spending time with friends and family.
Jake Wilde
Facilities Manager
Jake joined the company in 2018. He has several Facilities Management qualifications including; IWFM Facilities Management Award, Managing Safety - IOSH and Certificate in Commercial Property Management from Propertymark.
His hobbies include camping with the family, and coaching/managing his daughter’s under 13’s football team.
Edward Smith-Beacham
Junior Surveyor
Edward joined the company in 2022.
His hobbies include golfing with friends, exploring the Lake District and taking drone photography.
Amy Jaques
Financial Accountant
Amy joined the company in 2014, she is part ACCA qualified, and MAAT, Amy also has a BSc in accounting and finance.
Her hobbies include exploring the outdoors with her children and spending time with family & friends, especially whilst sharing delicious food and drink.
Judyta Posiak
Accounts Assistant
Judyta joined the company in 2015 and is FMAAT qualified (fellow member of The Association of Accounting Technicians).
Outside of work she enjoys yoga and travelling, especially exploring new places and different cultures.
Lucy Rotchell
PA/Marketing Assistant
Lucy joined the company in 2018 and is currently studying with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Her hobbies include exercising, especially HIIT workouts and anything on the water, particularly kayaking. Spending time with family and friends and enjoying good food.
Dina Mistry

Dina joined the company in 2014.
Dina's interests outside of work include travelling the world, walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and socialising with family & friends.
