- We are in the early stages of relocation. How early can we start to look around? It is basically never too early. We have a large portfolio and will have information relating to properties likely to become vacant in the future months/years. Therefore, even if our currently listed available properties do not suit your criteria, do get in touch as we will still be able to assist.
- What rental will we expect to pay for alternative premises? Here at Towngate we are able to provide a good indication via our team of internal and external experts, looking at the current market, once we have established the size of property, the location of the property, the age of the property and the length of lease you are likely to require.
- I will need an idea of my overall overheads, not just the rental costs. We will be able to give you a good indication in relation to any service charge which may be applicable within a multi occupied estate or building, rateable value and historical utilities information.
- I need to plan out how best to utilise the space within my new property. Here at Towngate, we are able to provide a space planning service via our external, independent experts, who will provide a drawn plan, using the configuration of the building, to show racking layouts, office, workshop and staff welfare suggested configurations.
- I need help to organise my relocation. We have a long list of trusted suppliers, and we are able to put you in touch with them to assist you with this task in terms of the practicalities and removals of plant and machinery, changes/alterations to the building, assisting with utility switchovers, business rating advice, amongst many other services.
- I have outgrown my current property sooner than anticipated and prior to the end of my lease. Do I have any options as I do not wish to take on another additional property in the interim period.
