As Spring is defined as the season of new beginnings, what better time to launch our fantastic new property development near Manchester. We welcomed around 40 property professionals located in the North West on Thursday 14th March, starting at 8.30am with a hearty breakfast on offer, as well as the opportunity to be some of the first in the industry to view the development site first hand. We were able to discuss progress and showcase the quality of workmanship that is making the scope of the project so unique in the market. Each left with a few goodies including fleeces and champagne.
In particular those who attended were impressed with size of the units and yards, alongside the green credentials of the buildings and the general care and thought that has gone into creating, what will be a fantastic workspace for the new occupiers of theses buildings. Currently two of the six units are under offer and exchanged and we have strong interest in all the remaining four warehouses.
