What a year! The last 12 months have certainly been memorable and despite us being in lockdown for many of these, we are unbelievably proud to look back and report on the successes and achievements we have made through working closely with our trusted team of staff, partners, agents and tenants.
We’ve welcomed some fantastic new businesses to our properties over the last year, each of whom we hope to be able support and work alongside for many years to come. Our iconic industrial development in West Yorkshire was completed with all units being pre-let, we invested in the refubishment of many of our properties and despite the need to social distance, there were lots of events, competitions and occasions to celebrate and keep spirits up! |
