The May Day weekend is traditionally the time of year where we don our wellington boots and gardening gloves and spruce up outdoor areas for what we hope will be a glorious warm summer of BBQs and picnics! 

Wherever possible, we are pledging to create and improve the green space across all our new developments. Tranquil green space, filled with additional foliage and wildflowers to encourage wildlife are a proven way of providing a sense of wellbeing amongst staff. A 2015 report from Human Spaces showed that exposure to greenery and the outdoors made for happier, healthier staff, with a 15% increase in well-being, productivity and creativity.

At Towngate HQ we are nestled within the beautiful landscape of Wellholme Park, Brighouse and on a gloriously sunny day, we can certainly vouch for the fact that the green trees and parkland are a definite mood booster!

As our new industrial development at Walkden is due for practical completion towards the end of May, we are getting ready with our spades, to commence the creation of beautiful, landscaped areas for our new tenants to enjoy during the Summer months.

We now have three industrial units under offer, leaving just 3 remaining available to let, ranging in size from 5,450 – 18,000 sq ft.
